A look back on Canada Day

Another Canada Day event took place at the Village of Pouce Coupe.

The 2019 Canada Day festivities were held on Monday, July 1st and included a pancake breakfast, the annual parade and afternoon activities at the ball diamonds including bouncy castles, music and food.

Pouce Coupe set for Canada Day

The biggest party in the Peace is almost here.

Canada Day 2019 is set for Monday, July 1st and visitors can enjoy many of the same activities.

The annual parade has always been a highlight to the day, and organizers expect this year to be no different. Various floats representing organizations throughout the South Peace will start assembling at 9 a.m., with the parade starting at 11 a.m. from the Village Square.

Public Works Day

Public Works will be holding a Public Works Day display at the Pouce Coupe Elementary school on Wednesday, May 29, 2019 from 12-2 pm. They will be educating people on what public works does as well as providing education to the children on the dangers and safety precautions to be taken with all of the machines.
