Recycle bins at ice rink

The Village has installed 3 recycle bins over by the ice rink. These bins are for "SOFT PLASTICS ONLY." To make it easier for the residents of Pouce Coupe the Village has put recycle bins over by the ice rink for soft plastics so they may still be recycled.

Northern Health begins 'Heart Health' consultations

Northern Health representatives will be visiting communities throughout northern B.C. over the next couple of months to provide information about 'Heart Health'. 

The schedule includes a stop in Dawson Creek, on Sept. 19 from 7 pm to 9 pm at the FIXX Urban Grill. The sessions are free to attend.

Pouce Coupe Food Bank providing assistance to elementary students

Looking for assistance to get your child ready for the upcoming school year? The Pouce Coupe Food Bank is here to help!

Pouce Coupe Elementary students entering Grades 4 to 7 can receive support in the form of school supplies. All that is required is a list of class materials needed. Parents can contact the Food Bank or phone Sukrit at 250-786-0005 and supply the list.

The Food Bank will be open on Saturday, August 11th and Saturday, August 25th at 3 p.m., at its usual location at the former Curry Etc. (5001 50 Avenue).
