Conference Description:

From May 5 to May 7 join Engage Sport North, the Peace River Regional District, and other community organizations for a weekend filled with education and training opportunities for coaches, parents, athletes and community leaders including:

• Keynote Speakers: Paul Carson from Hockey Canada and Erica Wiebe, 2016 Olympic Gold Medalist
• NCCP Multi-sport Coaching Modules – Planning a Practice, Making Ethical Decisions, Managing Conflict, Psychology of Performance & Nutrition
• Athlete Services: Physical Testing, Nutrition, Mental Performance and Strength & Conditioning
• Sports Medicine Taping
• Canuck’s Autism Network Workshop

The cost of the full conference is only $100 for adults and $50 for athletes (plus registration fees). The cost of these great workshops have been bundled into one package to save you money and to make it as accessible to as many people as possible.  

Here’s how to register and receive these great workshops for only $100 (or $50 for athletes!).

1)      Go to  & click on “Peace Region Community Sport, Recreation & Performance Conference” and find the “click here to register”

2)      On the registration page, choose to register for the “FULL CONFERENCE” and then proceed to the bottom of the page and click “Register Now” … don’t worry about making your individual workshop selections yet!

3)      On the next page enter your contact info and then make your individual workshop selections.  Note that there is an additional fee for the SportMed BC Taping course due to the cost of tape.

4)      Click on complete registration and enter your payment.

For those who can only attend a single session or two, you may make your selection on page one of the registration page, however, if you plan on attending 3+ workshops your best value is to register for the full conference.
