CAO/Corporate Officer

Sandy Stokes joined the Village of Pouce Coupe in 2015 and has been working for the municipality for just over eight years.

As the Chief Administrative Officer, Stokes oversees the implementation and delivery of programs and services that are approved by Council in the best interest of the community with consideration of the most efficient use of human, financial and physical resources of the municipality.

As the Corporate Officer, Stokes handles council records, agendas and minutes. She also oversees travel and accommodation arrangements, administers bylaws, plans Council meetings, issues public notices and serves as the Human Resources Officer.

Stokes is highly organized and task focused. She was Village of Pouce Coupe Chief Election Officer for the 2018 and 2022 General Local Elections.
