NOTICE OF SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING

Notice is hereby given that a Special Council Meeting of the Village of Pouce Coupe will be held as follows:

Date: Wednesday, July 29, 2026

Time: 7:15 p.m.

Location: Council Chambers, Village Office, 5011 49th Avenue, Pouce Coupe, BC

The special meeting will be held to consider the following matters:

  1. Minutes of the preceding regular meeting of Council;
  2. Firehall Feasibility Study supporting materials;
  3. Second Quarter Financial Report from the CFO.

This Meeting will have an in-camera portion as per the Community Charter section 90(1)(e) and 90 (1)(c)

  1. 90 (1) (e) the acquisition, disposition or expropriation of land or improvements, if the council considers that disclosure could reasonably be expected to harm the interests of the municipality;
  2. 90 (1) (c) labour relations or other employee relations.

The closed portion of the meeting is not open to the public.
