Corporate Strategic Plan
In June 2015, the Village Council and senior staff came together over a two-day period to develop the Village of Pouce Coupe Corporate Strategic Plan. The purpose of the Plan is to identify the community's strategic objectives and the actions that will be taken to advance those objectives. This corporate strategic planning process also took into consideration feedback from the community that was obtained during the 2015 Official Community Plan (OCP) engagement process. The OCP process invited the community to imagine their ideal future and articulate their needs and aspirations for the VIllage of Pouce Coupe.
