Committee of the Whole Meeting

Committee of the Whole Meetings:

• Are to be held on the second Wednesday of each month;
• Begin at 7:15 p.m;
• Serve as an informal forum for strategic discussions, staff presentations, and detailed policy review;
• Ensure that no formal decisions are made during COTW meetings, with all recommendations being referred to RCMs for final approval.
